PH Popular accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have: (a) completed KYC identity verification, (b) met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using a payment method that matches your intended withdrawal method. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-disciplinary reasons, PH Popular will return any outstanding balance to the account holder via a verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may also close your PH Popular account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you after identity verification.
